OpenAI Finally Allows Employees to Donate Equity to Charities
OpenAI employees have long been dissatisfied with the inability to donate equity to charities. The company recently responded to pressure by allowing eligible employees to participate in equity donations. In 2019, employees were granted six-figure equity, and they may now be able to donate millions of dollars.
